Aidan Cremin |
Aidan is very agile and athletic as he demonstrated in our Plyometric program.
Aidan was the second most improved skater in camp improving on 4 out of 5 timed skating exams
shaving 4.52 seconds off his combined time. Aidans overall athleticism combined with his natural
skating ability will benefit him greatly as he progresses into higher levels of hockey. Great job Aidan! |

Cody Donely |
Cody has attended camp for 3 years and has shown remarkable skating improvement over that time.
He has increased his maneuverability during transitional moves his speed has
increased and his overall form is proof to his own dedication to become the best
he can be. Cody has always been highly popular among his peers and this year saw
no exceptions. Cody was consistently ranked second and third in every category
and posted the 3rd lowest overall combined total score. Some of his top
showings were a mere tenth of a second behind.
Way to go Cody ! |

Jack Canary |
Jack became who we know as Racer X.
This prestigious title is given to that participant who on Day 5 exams removes the most amount of overall combined seconds off
their Day 1 exam total.
Make no mistake Jack became Racer X through his own hard work and dedication. He fell like everyone else, but Jack put together
a terrific showing on the final day skating faster on 3 out of 5 previous exams and staying close enough on the other 2. His
overall combined differential between Day 1 and Day 5 was lowered a whopping 6.79 seconds. Congratulations to our 2008 Racer X Jack Canary! |

Joshua Holden |
The ever steady Joshua. Not too often do we see a skater on Day 1 who posts nearly exact scores on
Exams 1 and 2. Typically
a skater has a strengths and weakness which show up. Joshua was by all means equal, and this is very good for such a young skater.
Joshua worked very hard all week and posted faster times in 4 of 5 exams. Yes, those drills 1 and 2
taken on Day 5 Joshua posted faster scores on each. Great job Joshua ! |
 |
Jamie Ess |
Often called Henry, Jamie took 3rd overall in the quest for Racer X title. Jamies overall combined differential between Day 1 and Day 5 was lowered -4.20 seconds.
On Day 1 Jamie was 3rd overall in Exam 2, his biggest feat which came on Day 5 was slicing 6 seconds off his final Eaxm which was 1 full lap around the rink. Jamie listened well
and competed using this new information to his advantage. Way to go Jamie !

Julianna Watson |
Julianna (Julz) was the only girl in camp but this did nothing to dampen her spirit, Julz shined when put under the spotlight. Julz
scored better on 3 of 5 exams on Day 5. Julz showed all of us that hard work and dedication pays dividends in the long haul.
Julz one day decided to 'pimp out' her Radius Edge jersey in brightly colored Fashion Art and did a very good job. Always smiling and happy
always willing to push herself to the limits Julz was a pleasure to teach and coach. Best of Luck this Season Julianna !

Nick Ruggerio |
Nick shows tremendous FORM, I used Nick as an example a few times and pointed out his technique several times during drills.
Nick is the ideal player to coach, well mannered, punctual, and does the drills to the point where he can be used to show the
rest of the players. With this attention to detail Nick silently went under the radar as 4th in the Racer X quest at minus -3.63. Nick also quietly got
3 of 5 faster results in the Day 5 exams. All testimony to his attention during classroom and on ice during drills. Nick is a solid
straight A student with the ability to grasp knowledge and manipulate it to his benefit. Nick, we hope to see you again someday you were
a pleasure to coach.

Nick Newman |
Nick-at-nite was the fastest skater in 3 of 5 drills coming into camp on Day 1. Nick had plenty of giddy-up and showed good
FORM during difficult 180 transitional moves at highest speed. Nick has talent, which if tooled and refined will bring
him to good places in his hockey career. His attention during classroom and active level of interaction is a
desirable asset to have.
Nicks skating improved 4 of 5 exams on Day 5. Nick skated a camp best 17.39 seconds on the last day of camp during the last exam of the day.
Something special happened during that Exam, Nick lifted himself up a level and put it all together...Best of luck Nick may you score many goals.

Travis Chipman |
Straight up Travis flys he has terrific break away speed. All around pleasure to coach, great personality, outgoing and helpful.
Travis was smokin' Hot Day 1 posting lowest overall scores in 3 of 5 categories.
Unfortunately fatigue affected his performance on Day 5 my suggestion is Travis would do well to practice with a weight lifting program and
an increased protein diet,
this would benefit both weight and endurance in the long haul. Travis performed all dills as shown in earnest
and we used him to display to the group. We wish you well this upcoming season
and may you achieve much success with many great break aways.

Tyler Chipman |
Tyler was the happiest kid in camp everyday with the biggest smile. Tyler showed us flashes of new found speed with his
quickness being at the line, his explosive start is good. His transitional moves 180 and 360 and his crossovers are much improved from a year ago.
Tyler worked through a midweek ailment and dehydration and posted a quality
outing on Day 5 with 3 of the 5 exams having lowered scores than on Day 1. Tyler
is a genuine pleasure to be around and a pleasure to have in camp.
