We'll run you through a 2 month clinic that will sharpen your skills power and skating ability.

The timing of our clinic is designed to finish about one week prior to when school tryouts start

Why not put yourself in the best possible position to do well during tryouts.

Annual Fall Clinic
Up-Tempo Drill Instruction

Junior Varsity - Middle School
Boys and Girls Aged 14-17
Late September thru Mid November
1 Full Hour Up Tempo Instruction
1 session Per Week 6 - 8 weeks
Early Evening prime time ICE

THIS CLINIC HAS BEEN CANCELLED
Warm up

On ice warm up will include
Stretching combined with Balance
Where the emphasis is on Power with Control
Drills

Each Week New Drills will be introduced
Expected to step out of your comfort zone
Your Upper Body strength will be tested
Your WIND will be tested
We constantly build and combine
We do some drills that are extremely difficult
Masters of the Game balance and control drills
They're hard but so much fun to try
