A Typical Day in our Clinic

• You'll arrive at Tri-Town approx 08:00 am


• Drop your Gear in a pre-assigned room


• Come upstairs to the lobby for classroom


• Pull up a seat, watch listen learn and ask questions


• We'll have our multimedia presentation with lecture


• We'll discuss what to expect on the ice each day


• We'll review what we did the day before


• We'll break go get dressed and enter the ice by 9 am.


• On the Ice you'll warm up skating laps first


• Instructors will guide you through a professional stretch


• Progressive skating drills begin and run until 10:30 am.


• Each drill builds onto the next, building as we go


• Parent pickup is at 10:30 am.
